This lovely apartment for rent is on the 3rd floor with elevator in an elegant building located right beside Rimini Grand Hotel, steps from the beach. Comprising two bedrooms (a double and two single beds), a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, eat-in kitchen and a balcony surrounding the whole apartment.

This two bedroom flat is housed into an elegant building constructed by a famous architect who wanted that each apartment benefitted from a wrap-around terrace (20 sq.m), so as to offer the guests the chance to enjoy the house’s outdoor area, the vegetation and the nearby sea.

This is a truly fantastic place where to relax after the work or a day spent on the beach, or the ideal starting point to immerse oneself into the night of the Riviera.

Parking
The apartment also offers a private garage that can be rented out separately: prices on request. Ample paid parking around the building.

Beware: for check-in/out during weekends and holidays as well as early or late check-in/out, we will apply an extra cost as follows:
Saturday, sunday, holidays: from 9AM to 7PM - €20
From Monday to Friday from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM - €20
Saturday, Sunday, Holidays from 7AM to 9AM and from 7PM to 9AM €40
Every day 9PM to 7AM - €40
The additional cost should be given in cash at the check-in.

Security Deposit: 300
There is a security deposit due upon arrival. The amount of the Security Deposit depends on the duration of the stay:

Duration of less than 15 days: €300

Duration of 15 days or more: €1,000
The Security Deposit will be returned to the Client in full within 5 days of the termination of the contract

The electricity and gas meters will be read upon check in and check out for these purposes. Should the monthly bill exceed this limit, the extra cost will be retained from the Security Deposit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Company may replace the Property with another of identical or superior quality, should the Company be unable to guarantee the Client use of the Property due to events of force majeure or for any contingencies beyond the Company's control. If the Client has a reasonable and substantiated cause for refusing the Property offered by way of replacement, the Company will refund the Client the amounts paid. No further amounts shall be due by the Company to the Client.

The Client agrees that the maximum number of people entitled to occupy the Property is that set forth in the Booking Confirmation. Non-compliance with this obligation shall entail payment to the Company of a penalty equivalent to 30% of the overall price for the Property for each additional person.
